We pride ourself on using only the highest quality, ethically sourced organic ingredients. Our formulations are free from harmful chemicals, artificial fragrances, and synthetic additives. If you have ANY allergies please look under the products description where ingredients are listed.

Are your products suitable for all skin types?

Our products are good for all skin types although we do have certain products targeted for specific skin types for better results. We recommend checking the description for details on what to use if you have specific sensitivities or skin types.

To maintain the quality and effectiveness of our products, store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

What is your return policy?

All products are FINAL SALE! As we do want all our customers to be satisfied all skin types are different. If you do not like a product or it does not work for you in which you expected we will not issue a refund. We will love to hear feedback. Please be mindful if we ship a product and have a tracking number, for whatever reason mailing service fail to deliver. we will not refund.

How long does it take for my order to be process and shipped?

We take pride in our customer satisfaction as well as in the quality and efficiency in our products. Black Magic Natural Care products are made with love and patience. Please allow us 2-3 days to ship your order after placing your order.
